Gift Certificate Appointment Policy We’re honored you’ve chosen to redeem your Haus of Smiles gift certificate! While no deposit is required for gift certificate appointments, a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Rest assured, your card will not be charged unless our appointment policies are not followed. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
