CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Please Read!!! To respect the time and commitment of both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. •No-Call / No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. •Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. •One-Time Deposit Transfer: If you cancel within the allowed 24-hour window, your deposit may be transferred one time only to reschedule your appointment. Any future cancellations or reschedules will require a new deposit. •Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy.
